Forged Steel Fittings come in either threaded or socket weld options, are used in higher pressure piping systems, and come in 2000# (2M), 3000# (3M), & 6000# (6M) pressure classes. The shapes they come in include 90 degree Elbows, 45 degree Elbows, Tees, Caps, Crosses, Street Elbows, Laterals, Hex Bushings, Hex Plugs, Round Plugs, Square Plugs, Couplings, Reducing Couplings, Half Couplings, Caps, Inserts, Hex Unions, Lug Unions, and Long Couplings (commonly Thread One end or TOE).
These types of fittings follow ANSI /ASME B16.11, MSS SP25, or MSS SP83 dimensional requirements where applicable.
