PROPOSITION 65 WARNING

 SECTION 301 TARIFFS

Proposition 65 Warning:
Administered by the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA). Proposition 65 requires Californiabusinesses to provide warnings about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals may be in the products that Californians purchase, in homes or workplaces, or
otherwise released into the environment. Per applicable requirements, OEHHA publishes a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm (aka Proposition 65 List). Unless exempted, Proposition 65 regulations require warnings for significant occupational, consumer product or environmental exposures from
chemicals on the Proposition 65 List. In addition, OEHHA publishes a list of Safe Harbor Levels which include No Significant Risk Levels (NSRLs) for cancer-causing chemicals, and Maximum Allowable Dose Levels (MADLs) for chemicals causing reproductive toxicity. Exposure levels that are less than these Safe Harbor Levels are exempt from
the Proposition 65 warning requirements.
